    It is a wonderful place to enjoy with family. Our host, NIKOLA, was superbly nice and attentive. She was too good in suggesting the food and looking for our dietary requirements too. She made our experience a great . Any restaurant with such excellent staff is really, really lucky as the customers would love to come back again n again as the food may be same or similar everywhere but the staff friendliness matters the most.

    We went on a weekday and it was not very crowded.The food is lovely. The service is /.No wonder Frankie & Benny’s is our go to restaurant all the time. We first discovered this chain when we used to live in Belfast but is happy that anywhere in London they have it too.As per my food, my Spaghetti Bolognese is delicious. Our lady server even topped my pasta with a nice amount of freshly grated parmesan cheese She was very attentive and always checked up if we needed anything. The shakes are good too. And the Calamari is just what I needed to complete my cheat day How I wish I could have tried the tiramisu but because of the espresso and marsala wine I couldn’t order it since I am pregnant, but I will in the futureside note: I have tried a different branch (Paddington) of this restaurant but the customer service in the Wembley Branch is much better than the one in Paddington.Dietary restrictions: They have vegetarian and Gluten free options even for pasta

    Visiting for the weekend and fancied a quick bite for lunch, really friendly and accommodating service from Nikola and her colleagues.Food was delicious and came nice and quickly.Nice and warm venue too coming into winter months! (Be warned the arrabbiata is pretty spicy, great if you like spicy food) :)

    Had such a great time at this location. We were incredibly fortunate to have Laura as our host; she took the most amazing care of me and my partner. Her genuine warmth and friendliness made us feel right at home. The food was delightfully cozy, offering a perfect blend of comfort and flavor, and the service was absolutely impeccable. From start to finish, every aspect of our experience was top-notch. Can’t recommend enough!
